In addition to the membership fee, a tournament entry fee will be charged for each event.   Tournament entry fees could vary from site to site depending largely on the costs charged by the host course.  Entry fees for each event are posted on the Tournament Application form.  Entry fees cover all costs, including green fees, snack and drinks during play, and a meal at the golf course upon conclusion of play.

Membership applications and all entry fees for all tournaments must be received at the EKJGA office no later than April 15. * All events will be limited to the first 120 paid applicants. Once the event is filled, all subsequent applicants will be placed on an alternate list. The EKJGA will not accept telephone or fax entries. Once your membership and entry fees are received, you will be notified of your tee time on the EKJGA web site. NOTE: If you have mailed an entry form and fee and your tee time does not appear on the web site, you must contact the EKJGA via email or phone for resolution. DO NOT TRAVEL TO THE TOURNAMENT SITE WITHOUT A PUBLISHED TEE TIME!

*The EKJGA is committed to providing the best experience possible for all participants. In order for that to occur each member must do their part and comply with the April 15th deadline. Failure to meet the April 15th deadline will result in an additional $20.00 handling fee and, in some cases, could result in the rejection of an application.

Requests for refunds will be honored provided they are received (2) two weeks prior to the tournament date. A $10.00 handling fee will be charged for refunds. Refund requests received inside the (2) two-week time period will not be honored unless that spot can be filled with a participant from the alternate list.
